4. How:
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The organisation is described in the organisation chart and relevant manuals and procedures.
4.1.2 Each procedure contains a 'Who' section describing the process / procedure owner. Each procedure contains a 'Who' section describing the process/procedure owner. The content of each procedure describes the authority and verification thresholds or defaults to the procedure owner (Who).
4.2 Competency, awareness and training
4.2.1 All training, awareness and competency matters are identified and managed by, but not limited to, performance reviews, system reviews, management reviews, recruitment, induction, etc.
4.2.2 Such reviews will ensure the appropriate actions are planned and taken, with the resulting outcome managed through the People Register.
