myQualityTM is an online ISO 9001 quality management system portal designed for quality practitioners and consultants. Containing a comprehensive set of required documented information ready for assessment, design, implementation, certification and ongoing support. Learning the basics is quick and easy. Learning how to really harness the full, powerful potential of the software will take a little more time and be part of your continuous improvement strategy.
Buying the software, receiving the training, and calling it good is like buying a computer only for internet access. You need to learn how to make it a real, worthwhile investment. Luckily, we provide a full suite of 'How To's' with our Tech Support for everything else.
The platform includes the minimum documented information requirements through intuitive, interconnected databases, registers, templates, forms, procedures, and much more. A once-off set-up fee includes a dedicated company domain, x5 managers, unlimited users, and a 12-month licence. Ongoing use is through an annual prepaid licence fee.

All data entered on the platform remains secure and fully supported with multiple redundant back up protocols. Upon any cessation of the service all relevant data will be returned to company in the most appropriate Microsoft format such as Word or Excel. Minor modifications to the base model are provided at no cost. Such modifications would be less than 15 minutes in programming duration at a time and less than 60 minutes in total over the duration of any one project or subscription year. However, the platform can be completely tailored to your exact needs and can completely replicate and replace any current workflows and databases. Such requested modifications will be reviewed, costed and submitted through a project variation for approval. Such modifications could be for the development of a new database, automated enrolment form, milestone management portal, etc.
As mentioned above, the basics are easy, the remaining learning curve is a bit steep. You need a trained Management System Coordinator to navigate not just how to do the basics, but how to really harness the full, powerful potential of the software. Buying the software, attending one intro courses and then calling it good is like buying an espresso machine only for the hot water. You need to learn what all the buttons do to make it a real, worth-while investment. Overall: Increased productivity, compliance, visibility, and capability is the name of the game.
