Summary: This is the first audit of the Organisation / People / Resources Procedure. Two observations have been raised for action, as described below.

The purpose and responsibilities outlined in the procedure are current and valid (Section 1 and 2).

It was noted that Section 3 (Documents) refers to an 'Organisation Register', which should be ammended to 'People Register' as per MyQuality's setup. An observation has been raised in this regard:

Observation 1: The Procedure should reference the 'People Register' within MyQuality.

Section 4.1.1 General Requirements refers to the Quality Manual which was sighted. However, no organisation chart or job descriptions for MyQuality were available for review.

Observation 2: The referenced organisation chart and job descriptions are not available for review.

Section 4.2.2 Refers to training and competencies. Sighted the people register with roles identified for the HubMaster and Consultant. Sighted Management Review from July 2022 reviewing competency and training needs.
